We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule appointments during the following hours:

• Mon: 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Tue: 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Wed: 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Thu: 7:45am - 5:10pm
• Fri: 7:00am - 3:00pm

Mission

Our goal is to protect, restore, and preserve your smile with individualized treatment and maintenance in a safe, comfortable environment. We strive to provide exceptional periodontal care and excellent dental implant surgery for our patients, to offer an excellent referral source for referring doctors, and to promote a stable, work environment for our team members. Dr. Humphreys and Dr. Galloway want to work with you and your referring dentist to provide you with a complete diagnostic and comprehensive treatment plan in a timely manner.

Appointment Policies

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are certainly aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. We appreciate your cooperation letting us know as soon as possible to help you reschedule.
